A memorable session with one of Indonesia’s finest drummers.

Moondini Studios had the pleasure of hosting Echa Soemantri for Vintage VS Modern, a drum clinic presented by Chordozora at Studio Mars.

The event brought together drummers, musicians, and music enthusiasts for an intimate session exploring the world of drums, from playing techniques and personal experience to the different characteristics of vintage and modern drum setups.

As the guest speaker, Echa shared his experience and insights directly with the participants, creating an engaging session filled with stories, knowledge, and of course, plenty of drumming energy.

The event received an enthusiastic response from the participants and turned into a memorable afternoon at Studio Mars. Beyond the session itself, we were also happy to hear Echa’s thoughts about the space.

After the event, Echa shared his appreciation for Moondini Studios, describing the studio as a great space and mentioning that he would be coming back whenever he is in Surabaya.

For us, that was a pretty special compliment.
